SMC Branson

Thank you so much for sacrificing your time to serve students in such a critical way by volunteering at SMC 2025! We are grateful for the role that you are going to play in helping students invest in their relationship with God throughout the four days of the conference.

SCHEDULE

VOLUNTEER ROLES

Check-In Team

Getting 900+ students checked into a hotel is no small task, but we’re confident that it can run smoothly! Volunteers will be assigned to one of these two check-in roles:

1. Hotel Check-In Crew: Paired with StuMo staff to check students in at one of the hotels.

2. Parking / Traffic: Directing traffic, overall parking flow, & directions for students to know where they need to go!

Serve Team

Throughout SMC we have a variety of different sessions, breakouts, events, & activities! With the many moving parts, volunteers play a huge role by helping execute each aspect with excellence. Volunteers will serve in various roles around the conference such as: helping students know where to go, working in the SMC store, recording audio, crowd control, & so much more!

Night Life Team

Each day we have some fun activities & events for students to participate in! Volunteers on this team will help with activities that are on-site in The Hub (see the Convention Center map), at the basketball tournament, & others.

ABOUT STUMO

Student Mobilization (StuMo) is a non-profit, college campus organization that exists to build spiritual leaders for Christ from the college campuses of the world. Our passion is to build up student laborers into future leaders. The students of today will be tomorrow’s business men and women, church leaders, missionaries, educators, community leaders and parents. Our desire is to equip them to live for Christ wherever they may go.

StuMo Conference (SMC) is one way we engage with students to live out this purpose!
