SMC is held at the Hilton Convention Center in Branson, MO.

Where will I stay?
Everyone gets to stay in the hotel connected to the convention center where all of the SMC action + content will be.
Registration + Accommodations
What does the registration cost cover?
Registration covers your three-night stay at the Hilton, conference materials, parking, and access to all of the main sessions & breakouts offered.
Where will I eat during the conference?
The convention center is located right by The Branson Landing which is full of places to eat within walking distance. Meal breaks will be long enough to grab your friends and head to a fun restaurant. We also hope to have breakfast options at the hotel for purchase.
Travel
What time should I arrive? What time does the conference end?
Each campus is assigned a specific check-in time for the conference, in the afternoon on January 2nd. Those details will be sent out closer to the conference, so please check your email near the end of December.
If you are planning to fly, you can book your flight to arrive in the afternoon of January 2nd.
The conference will end at noon on January 5th.
Where do I park?
Parking is included in your registration and you’ll be directed at check-in on where to go with your car.
What if there’s bad weather?
Since SMC is held January 2nd – 5th, inclement weather is always a possibility. Our hotel contracts do not allow cancellations last minute due to inclement weather, therefore, neither can we. If you are traveling from out of town/state, please be aware of any weather conditions on your route.

Who will I room with?
We want to make sure you have the best possible experience at SMC, including rooming with your friends! That’s why we put the staff at each of our campuses in charge of rooming assignments.
